Return Policy

Since these are custom products, returns are not available. Every order goes through a quality testing process to make sure printing quality is high and free of any issues or blemishes. We package all 3D photo crystals in padded boxes to ensure nothing arrives damages. In the rare case that your package arrives damaged because of shipping handling (FedEx, USPS, or UPS), we can offer an exchange for the same product. Exchange must be requested within 3 business days of delivery.
